Vintage Omega Square Dress Watch in solid 14k yellow gold, circa 1966-1967 based on movement serial number (620 series)

This is a classic mid-century Omega, featuring a 23mm x 22mm square case, a sunburst silver dial, applied baton markers with black inlays, and a minimalist two-hand layout. The watch is powered by a mechanical hand-wound movement (likely of the Cal. 620/625 family); it was recently serviced and is running perfectly.

What sets this particular model apart is its original Omega 14k gold Milanese bracelet, stamped "OMEGA WATCH CO." along with the Omega hallmark. These bracelets are increasingly hard to find in good condition and add significant value to the watch. Total weight is 40 grams.

Condition is very good given its age. The dial appears original and shows light, even aging. The case and bracelet show normal wear consistent with vintage use. No diamonds.

Comes with its original Omega presentation box and a new box. No papers, but with a service receipt.

This is a true high-end Omega dress watch from the 1960s – solid gold case with matching gold bracelet – that wears very well today as a unisex vintage piece, with styling reminiscent of classic Cartier Tank proportions.
