Refund Policy

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for a refund (or request a credit note) without penalty, with the exception of shipping and return costs, provided that the product has not been worn and that the jewelry still has its small reference tag and original packaging. If the jewelry no longer has its original packaging (reference tag, plastic, pouch), no refund or credit note will be issued.

*NB: for hygiene reasons, piercings cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds can only be made to the credit card used for payment.

In the event of a refund request, return fees will apply. In mainland France, a flat fee for return costs will be charged to the customer, amounting to €6.00 including tax. In Europe, these fees will be €12.00 including tax.

In the event of a request for a credit note, no return fees will be applied. Credit notes issued are valid for 28 days from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other codes (credit note, loyalty voucher, exceptional offer).

If a piece of jewelry was purchased with a discount code, the refund will take into account the amount paid with that code. The same applies to defective jewelry.

If a piece of jewelry was purchased with a credit note, you must contact customer service at contact@estelle-collection.fr to have a new credit note generated.

Promotional offers: for orders placed during a promotional period such as "1 free piece of jewelry for every 3 pieces purchased", the free piece of jewelry must be returned in the event of a total or partial refund request affecting the terms of the offer.

During the holiday season, for all orders placed in December, returns will be extended.

All returns of jewelry purchased on our website must be processed by our service.

To cancel an order, send us an email within one hour of your order to contact@estelle-collection.fr specifying your full name and order number; we will take the necessary action.
